On Mother’s Day, filled with warmth, the “Gratitude for Motherly Love, Greening TUT” tree adoption activity was organized in the campus. A special team of over 50 people, consisting of 21 groups of alumni couples and close classmates, returned to the campus to present a unique gift to their “mother” and express their affection for TUT through tree adoption.

The campus is already filled with laughter and joy. Tree adoption is not merely a greening initiative but also a bond connecting alumni with TUT. Each adopted tree serves as a “witness of time,” carrying the warmth of family, memories of youth, and aspirations for the future. An alumni representative said excitedly, “I am grateful for the years of nurturing by TUT. This event is very well-organized and meaningful. Returning to TUT with my child on Mother’s Day is not only a wonderful way to teach him the value of gratitude, but also fulfills my wish to give back to TUT.”

After the adoption ceremony, alumni went to the school history exhibition and the Wood Carving museum, while visiting the laboratory and the lotus pond.
Trees grow in ten years; talents are nurtured in a hundred. TUT will continue expanding the “alumni + TUT” collaborative education project, truly making the green heritage and emotional bonds a shining hallmark of campus culture.
