To enrich students' extracurricular life and enhance their practical innovation capabilities, the Mingli Home "One-Stop" Student Community at TUT has actively organized a series of project-based practical activities, tailored to student development needs. With support from faculty advisors, student teams meticulously planned and collaborated efficiently, successfully turning creative ideas into tangible outcomes and fostering a robust atmosphere for innovative practice within the community.
Open Seminar
This project is dedicated to establishing an open academic exchange platform that fosters interdisciplinary integration and blends undergraduate and postgraduate researches. The organization of academic lectures on innovative thinking, interdisciplinary discussions and team mentoring sessions has effectively broadened the academic perspectives of both faculties and students and shared valuable experiences in talent development, thus playing a pivotal role in cultivating a structured, distinctive, and collaborative academic environment within the community.

Rising Star Roundtable
Adopting the format of “career role model interviews,” this project connects students with seasoned professionals from various industries, offering them invaluable opportunities to gain firsthand industry insights and understand the workplace. By openly recruiting interviewers and observers for each session, the activity enables students to better navigate the professional landscape and offers practical, effective support for scientific career planning and goal setting.

Workplace Etiquette Training Camp
This initiative focuses on enhancing professional competence by delivering specialized training on business etiquette, workplace regulations and personal image management, aiming to fine-tune students' preparedness as the “final step” in career guidance. The training has effectively boosted students' workplace soft skills and overall competitiveness, helping them achieve a perfect blend of professional demeanor and inherent competence to stand out in future career environments.

TUT Weekend Cinema: Chinese Revolutionary Film shows
This project achieves significant educational impact through a focused approach: carefully selecting and screening classic patriotic and revolutionary films to vividly narrate stories from the Party's history to students. Through its innovative and immersive format, the activity allows students to cultivate a deep sense of national identity and responsibility via the art of cinema, fortifying their spiritual conviction, and serving as a model micro-activity for ideological cultivation within the community.

Happy Hour Afternoon Tea
This project creates a relaxed and efficient face-to-face communication bridge connecting university leadership, faculty and students. Participants freely discuss topics ranging from personal growth challenges to university development, ensuring students' concerns are addressed promptly. Alumni and outstanding graduates are invited as special guests to share experiences, creating excellent opportunities for gathering wisdom, strengthening cohesion, and contributing to the university's progress.

TUT Reading Club
This project aims to guide students in focusing on inner growth and developing sustainable reading habits. Through a blend of online and offline activities, it regularly organizes group reading and sharing sessions centered on world literary classics, creating a supportive and inclusive community environment for participants. The activities not only expand students' social networks but also enhance personal confidence and cultural literacy through emotional resonance and intellectual spark.

YOUTH Tea Experience
This project offers a series of traditional tea culture experiences designed for youth. Through a beginner-friendly, hands-on model, it engages young students in learning about tea utensils, understanding associated etiquette, and appreciating the subtleties of tea, thereby reinvigorating the ancient tea culture with youthful vitality. These intimate tea sessions facilitate psychological relaxation and cultural transmission, effectively enhancing students' overall well-being and strengthening their cultural confidence.

By continuously advancing the development of project-based activities, the Mingli Home "One-Stop" Student Community will build a broader platform for practical experience and support the enhancement of students' overall quality so as to jointly foster a dynamic and uplifting campus culture.
